Dr. David R. (Randy) Pelka is the President and Director of Eagle's Flight Ministries. He is also Senior Pastor of 'The Eagle's Nest'. You may e-mail Dr. Pelka at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Dr. Pelka graduated from Shippensburg Area Senior High School in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania in 1966.
In continuing his education he graduated from Zion Bible Institute, East Providence, Rhode Island in 1969 as a Pastoral major; Berkshire Christian College in Lenox, Massachusetts where he majored in Christian Education. He then ultimately went on to earn his Master of Theology degree from International Seminary, Plymouth, Florida. Dr. Pelka completed work on his Ph.D. from Evangel Christian University, Monroe, Louisiana. Dr. Pelka has also completed a CPE residency as a Clinical Pastoral Counselor.
Dr. Pelka also is employed by the State of Georgia as the Unit Manager for the Bacon Transitional Center located in Alma. Georgia. Dr. Pelka is over the Transitional Center which currently houses 50 men who are in transition from State Prisons back into the free-world.
Dr. Pelka additionally leads many short-term mission trips into various nations to fulfill the church and ministry motto, "Reaching the World for Jesus Christ." Currently the ministry thrust is in South America in the nations of Peru, Chile, and Brazil. Additional ministry has gone into West Africa where there are many Eagle's Flight Churches and ministers. The Island of Trinidad has been an emphasis for ministry as has Southern India been targeted by Eagle's Flight Ministries.
The mission for the church is to go into all of the world as God directs our steps and leads us.
Beverly is the Secretary for Eagle's Flight Ministries and head of the
music department for the ministry. She also co-Pastors
The Eagle's Nest with her husband, Dr. David R. Pelka. She has an anointed prophetic approach to Praise and Worship.
The music services are very uplifting as they give all praise, honor, and glory to God. Not only does she have the anointing to lead Praise and Worship services, but she also is an accomplished musician and psalmist. To date she has well over 100 songs copyrighted. Many of the songs in The Eagle's Nest services are prophetic songs which the Lord has inspired Beverly to write.
Beverly attended Berkshire Christian College in Lenox, Massachusetts where she met her
husband, Pastor Randy Pelka. They were married August 7, 1971 and have one son, Jeffery who
was born in 1977.
She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Music from Evangel Christian University and has
achieved accreditation status through the State of Florida to teach advanced piano and music
theory. She was licensed as a
minister of the gospel for several years before her ordination in 1997.
